Do you use subcontractors?
No. All 27 staff are salaried employees of Cadence. That is what makes the same team and the same quality possible every day.
What if someone is absent?
The dedicated manager sends a replacement trained on your site. You are told before the slot, not after.
How are hours counted?
Every visit is logged in DOT at arrival and departure. The detail comes with the invoice each month. Nothing is estimated.
Do you work at night or early morning?
Yes. Slots follow your activity: before opening, between services, after check-out. 7 days a week.
Is a long commitment required?
No. Monthly renewable contract, preceded by a trial visit at the normal rate.
